The Good – Rajon Rondo put in another triple-double with 17 points, 14 rebounds and 12 assists.  The night wasn’t all good for Rondo as he shot 7-22 with 6 turnovers, and was a little rusty in the first half with a lot of missed layups.  But like any great player he kept going hard in the 4th and overtime.  He ended up scoring the Celtics first 2 buckets in overtime which helped the Celtics pull away from the Hawks and win the game by 6.

The Bad – Avery Bradley dislocated his shoulder in the 3rd quarter and didn’t play at all for the 4th quarter or overtime.  Doc said this has been a problem Avery has been dealing with all year, and usually they just snap the shoulder back in.  But tonight they weren’t able to pop the shoulder back, and Avery was unable to return to the game.  The team will re-evaluate Bradley on Saturday, and hopefully he will be able to go again on Sunday for the Celtics.

The Encouraging – KG was once again clutch for the Celtics.  He ended up with 20 points and 13 rebounds, and seemed to keep the Celtics offense going when it became flat in the 2nd and 3rd quarters.  His defense was just as impressive as he put up 4 blocks.

The Celtics are now firmly in control of this series.  With the Sixers winning tonight against the Bulls, the Celtics could be looking at playing at home in the second round against Philadelphia if things continue in both series.
